Monday Class Options:

REAL 101 - Introduction to Real Estate: 2:00 PM - 3:20 PM
This course is an introduction to real estate fundamentals to help students establish a foundation in the field. Real estate course topics are situated among a variety of domains: environment and climate, people and community, history and theory, regulatory and legal studies, economics, design, construction, and professional practices. The course introduces real estate market sectors and property types, the professionals and institutions involved in project development, and the crucial role of social and environmental responsibility. 

MRKT 420 - Marketing Seminar: 3:30 PM - 4:50 PM
A summary course covering all aspects of marketing. Special emphasis on the decision-making activities of a firms marketing manager. Uses a computerized decision-making simulation in marketing management. 

Thursday Class Options:

PR 420 - Public Relations Case Studies: 11:00 AM - 12:20 PM
Through the use of case studies, explores the trends and issues affecting large organizations. Examines crisis management, public affairs communication, consumer affairs, employee relations, environmental problems and issues of multinationals. Emphasis is on placing students in managerial, decision-making roles that require them to apply strategic communication planning and implementation to successfully address organizational issues and concerns.
