Monday Shadow Visit Experience: 2:00pm - 3:20pm: REAL 101 - Introduction to Real Estate and Resilient Communities This course is an introduction to real estate fundamentals to help students establish a foundation in the field. Real estate course topics are situated among a variety of domains: environment and climate, people and community, history and theory, regulatory and legal issues, economics, design, construction, and professional practices. The course introduces real estate market sectors and property types, the professionals and institutions involved in project development, and the crucial role of social and environmental responsibility. The course will foreground the fundamentals of real estate for undergraduate students. . Friday Shadow Visit Experience: 9:00am - 9:50am: CNST 260 - Construction Estimating and Scheduling Advanced studies in construction building materials and components.
