Shadow Visit Experience Course Options Tuesday Class Options: REAL 101 - Introduction to Real Estate: 12:30 PM - 1:50 PM This course is an introduction to real estate fundamentals to help students establish a foundation in the field. Real estate course topics are situated among a variety of domains: environment and climate, people and community, history and theory, regulatory and legal issues, economics, design, construction, and professional practices. The course introduces real estate market sectors and property types, the professionals and institutions involved in project development, and the crucial role of social and environmental responsibility. The course will foreground the fundamentals of real estate for undergraduate students. Thursday Class Options: CNST 250 - Construction Equipment: 9:30 AM - 10:50 AM Emphasis on engineering construction equipment to include categorization by design and function. Students will learn to calculate engineering equipment operation and maintenance costs using the time value of money, apply engineering fundamentals of earth moving to the implementation of engineering equipment, and perform engineering equipment production estimating. PHYS 109 - Physics I-Algebra based: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM An introduction to physics without calculus.
